I understand it is the 4th of July and everyone just wants to have fun tonight but I live by the saying “no days off” so before you get drunk or stuff your face tonight do this simple workout for yourself. Enjoy!

Hey guys, sorry for being away for awhile. I’ve had a lot going on and never had time to make a post. I think this is a great “comeback” post. Despite the humor it is a very true quote. Why do something if you’re not going to give it 100% effort? If your goal is to lose weight, why only try to stick to your diet 60% of the time? Because I can guarantee you that while your putting garbage in your body someone, somewhere, is sticking to their diet 100%. While they are noticing their improvements, you are stuck behind asking yourself “where the hell did I go wrong?” So please, if you set a goal do what you can to put 100% of your effort into achieving it. I didn’t say it would be easy, but it’ll be worth it!
