The truth about how to uncover your abs. The only way to reach your body’s full potential is to eat right day in and day out. I hate to break it to your but there is no miracle pill out there that will do it for you. It’s all up to YOU and how bad YOU want it.

I didn’t say it would be easy, I said it’ll be worth it.

Butterfinger Smoothie!

To make this:
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of butterscotch pudding mix
1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 scoop of cookies n’ cream protein powder
As much ice as you’d like!
Blend it all together and you got a great tasting, and healthy, smoothie.

It’s around 350 calories and 10g of fat (which comes mostly from the peanut butter.) if you’re concerned about the amount of fat, simply reduce the amount of peanut butter.


200 meter sprint
30 jumping jacks
20 body squats
10 lunges (each leg)
200 meter sprint
30 push-ups
30 mountain climbers
1 minute plank
Repeat 4 times

50 V-ups


1. Iso-Incline 4×5
Iso-Decline 4×5
Rotator Cuff 4×5

2. Flat Bench 4×5
Tri-push-up 4×5
Row 25 calories

3. Incline Bench 4×5
Tricep Extensions 4×5
Abs x15

4. Smith Bench 4×5
Pull-downs 4×5
Abs x15

Pull-Ups 4×10
Obliques 4×15

3. DB Row 4×5
Concentration Curls 4×5
Abs 4×15

4. High Row 4×5
Reverse Curls 4×5
Obliques 4×15

Pick your favorite ab and oblique exercises and do those.


“Here is my evolution I trained for almost 10 years. I started to workout at the age of 14 with body’s eight exercises, then went to a gym at 15yo. I did one and only bulk for 6 years, then I started to low my weight and getting shred until now. Today, I’m at 84kg and I try to maintain it and improve my quality. On the first pic I was 13yo, second I was 15yo, the third 20yo, and the last 23yo.”
The thing I love about fitness is that anyone can do it! You just have to have that drive and awesome dedication, this transformation CAN be you! You can spend hundreds of dollars on diet pills but there is no magic pill out there, the only proven way to get the body you once dreamt about is to put forth the work to achieve it! YOU CAN DO IT! Max push-ups
30 straight leg sit-ups
30 bicycle crunches
Max push-ups
Do 2 sets of this.
