Pull-Ups 4×10
Obliques 4×15

3. DB Row 4×5
Concentration Curls 4×5
Abs 4×15

4. High Row 4×5
Reverse Curls 4×5
Obliques 4×15

Pick your favorite ab and oblique exercises and do those.
